Like all great bands, Fathead is larger in sum than the respective players that make up the group. Individually, they're outstanding musicians, songwriters, and performers but collectively they're a steamroller laying down their own distinctive brand of Blues. Their take on the idiom is a mix of originals and carefully selected covers, anchored in traditional urban Blues, Soul, and old school R&B, that makes for a joyous sound moving even the most jaded of listeners to clap their hands, snap their fingers, and shake their hips.
